I emailed all those listed above and although a couple came back as out of office I did get an immediate response from Anne Hedde (ahedde@lightspeedresearch.com) who said they would be looking into my situation.

    Julie

I have also now emailed Anne Hedde. I will let you know the response I get.

They are really, really bad when it comes to paying out. If you have problems, email these people (the owners/CEOs of Lighstpeed):

I have emailed Anne Hedde also, as has my OH. Methinks she will have a very full inbox come the morning!!!

We have had no decent surveys for weeks - are they spending all their time dealing with complaints about non receipt of vouchers do you think? :rotfl:

I won't be giving up on this - both me and my OH are both owed vouchers.

Well done to all those who are getting Paypal payments, although in my case I fear I will have to pay a fee to accept these

there was no fee taken...I have received the full £10 into my Paypal account....

FAB. I don't have a personal account at Paypal as I sell on eBay and have to be able to take credit cards so was forced to upgrade. Hence fees for nearly everything.

Having said that, I have come across these 'no fee' payments before, large organisations seem to be able to arrange this with Paypal, glad to see Lightspeed have got their act together in this regard.....!! :T

I'm waiting on a voucher too, think I will e mail them.

I've had money paid into my Paypal before when I sold something and they didn't charge me to collect the money. But, they did charge when I tried to transfer the money to my bank account so, if I get paid this way in future think I will just spend it on E bay or somewhere.

there is always a charge for transferring paypal money into your bank account, if the amount is under £50.

Transfers over £50 dont incur charges....

That's probably because you have a Paypal Personal Account and the buyer paid you from an existing balance. I had to upgrade my Paypal account to a Premier account in order to be able to accept credit card payments (Personal accounts can't accept credit card payments without upgrading). What Paypal doesn't make clear is that once you upgrade you get charged for EVERY payment you receive, regardless of what type of a payment it is. The only exception seems to be these Lightspeed payments - I hope so, anyway!

My account is the Premier, and I didnt get charged.

Only thing I noticed though is that Lightspeed didnt ask me what email address I wanted the £10 paypal reward sending to, luckily my Lightspeed registered email was the same as my Paypal email.

Sorry I seemed to have confused everyone!

Pennylane99 - I am not disputing that the Lightspeed payments come without fees. As I mentioned in a previous post I have received payments from gaming sites and also certain types of cashback before without these fees even though I have a Premier account.

carol_a was saying she sold something at eBay and wasn't charged to receive the money from her buyer. I was saying she probably has a personal account and was paid from existing funds and that's why she didn't get charged.
