    yep I got them, didnt receive an email though telling me about it just went to do a survey one day after xmas and notice 50 points festive bonus, on a down point am still waiting for £15 of argos vouchers ordered in october:confused: , last week i cashed in a fivers worth of points to put in paypal and that was there within 3 days::j

    right, I got a reply to the email I sent to Anne Hedde, but it wasn't from Anne Hedde?!

    Anyway it was the same reply I got a few weeks ago asking me to send my voucher code so it could be chased up! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!! I had explained in the email that I hadn't got a voucher code because I didn't get a Lightspeed Panel Reward Code email. It also said they were chasing Royal Mail as the vouchers had been posted before christmas.

    I keep getting emails with voucher codes. These are the same voucher codes I already used months ago, they can't be used again. This is in response to emails I have sent quoting the order numbers of the vouchers I ordered with the voucher codes!

    I have emailed back and they just keep sending me back voucher codes. This is all very frustrating. I have now emailed them back four times:

    To: lauren.gb
    Cc: Sindi Chigaru
    Subject: Order Number xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx


    Dear Lauren,

    I am beginning to lose patience with your incompetence.

    This voucher code was previously sent to me on 28th November 2006 and redeemed on 28th November 2006 for a £x.00 xxxx voucher Order Number xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx which you claimed in a previous email was sent to me on 5th December.

    It is pointless sending me this code again. It will not work at the ovation incentives site as the voucher has already been redeemed, it has no value.I want the incentive partner to investigate why I have not received my voucher. I do not believe for a moment that the voucher has been lost in the mail as my spouse is also waiting on an £x.00 xxxx voucher which was also supposedly despatched in December.

    Today I did get a reply of sorts, but it was extremely unhelpful:

    We will ask our incentive partner for an update on the status of your order. Please note that we are an intermediary,
    we don’t have access to our incentive partners database to see the status of your order.

    If you wish to contact us again it would be very helpful if you resend our previous correspondence so that we can quickly follow up on an existing investigation.

    Does the last line mean what I think it does? We're hopelessly out of our depth and have no processes in place to monitor who has what, so we'll just blame everybody else and if that doesn't work then plead ignorance.

    Mine was ordered on 24th November and I still haven't got it so I'm going to e mail them too.

    nope, didnt get an email, or the 50 points...

    I got the £10 Paypal no probs...ordered on Sunday, received in Paypal account Wednesday

    Yes - got the email and the points. But nearly deleted the email without reading it - you get so many of those jolly 'Happy Christmas' emails in December than I for one tend to bin a lot of them.
