I phoned Lightspeed this afternoon after having little luck sending6 e-mails
I got through to someone who made a pretence of finding help and then came back to say " I am sorry Lauren is away from her desk at the moment.
I replied Lauren does not exist and the name was a euphemism for a group of people that did not want to take responsibility. At worst Lightspeed are conartists and at best totally inept.
Through out all of my dealings with them they seem to have sent the same bog standard replies and never really look into your query, which probably go straight into deleted. I have noy had one dealing with them that has been hassle free.
Thinking logically if Lightspeed are such a big company and the the hits on this forum that would seem to suggest that is the case, how could 'poor Lauren' possibly cope without the amount of e-mails she must receive, let alone take time away form her desk!.
I was promised that my details would be passed to a panel member and that they would get straight back to me..... nothing as yet.0 -

I also got this message,as have been waiting for code for sooooooooooooo long i had nearly forgot about it. Just clicked it now, and managed to order my voucher finally!Mortgage free 04/03/2025. Thanks to this site and lots of overpayments bit by bit.
Next stop: house repairs, holiday fund, replace our very old cars, more financial security/early retirement savings.🤞0 -

After 2 and a half months waiting and several emails I have also finally received a voucher code, which I have just gone to redeem.Smoke free since 16th December 20120

Anyone here who is a member of Greasypalm - you might consider doing what I have done and leaving a lukewarm review of Lightspeed on their website. That is what I have just done. As I mentioned - got my WHSMITH voucher through but still no sign of my OH's Lightspeed voucher which was ordered WEEKS before mine! :mad:0

Is anyone having trouble redeeming their vouchers on the new Ovation website, my partner has had two codes sent out and neither of them work, when he queried it, he had an email saying it was likely that he had used both codes already but he hadn't. Have emailed them back and said this is wrong but would like to have feedback if anyone else had this experience. Does anyone think it's worthwhile to direct Lightspeed to this forum? I think it's necessary for them to be aware of the unhappiness about the panel. maybe it might change something (?)

I have already directed them to this forum several times with links, and I don't think I am the only one! :rolleyes:
I have emailed a large number of employees at both Lightspeed and Ovation Incentives using the various email addresses supplied by other members on this forum (many thanks BTW!)
They are just fire fighting and not really interested in getting to the root of the problem. I believe we are a small tip of a very large iceberg of complaints.
Have you noticed the complete absence of any surveys and/or quick votes whilst all this has been going on? If anyone has been invited to anything at all or earned any points at all since the 50 'festive bonus' points were added back in December, please can you post here and let the rest of us know? I think they are overwhelmed with complaints and have no time at all for business as usual.0 -
They have always been overwhelmed with complaints but take a very blasé attitude, afterall we are helping the 'company' make a profit. Ipsos are far more dedicated.0
