Myself and OH got our Paypal payments today but are STILL waiting on a £5.00 Iceland voucher from the old incentive partners!

Beware Lightspeed Panel Survey C6207

I received an invitation to complete this survey, answered 20 minutes worth of questions, some asking me for long descriptive answers, at least 30 pages of questions (and that's probably an underestimate).....then had a page up saying sorry I don't qualify for the survey :mad: :mad: :mad:

I am furious at this blatant waste of my time and have sent a VERY stern e-mail to Lightspeed.

I have sent off for £5 in argos vouchers off the old reward system and have just looked at my paypal account and noticed lightspeed have deposited £5. Do you think they have made an error or is this a substitute for my argos voucher? Any ideas???

I am tremendously annoyed with Lightspeed, I have emailed them about codes my dp was sent that didn't work and were sent some stupid standard email about how he must have already redeemed them, evern though he'd only got them that day and as soon as we tried them they didn't work. So I sent them an email about them not working and even gave them the codes but we just got the same email as before. Today I emailed them again and said it wasn't good enough to get this rubbish email and that we were really annoyed as we are keeping up our side of the bargain. We directed them here to have a look at the forum and we have said that this is the last we will communicate with them before taking it iup with Trading Standards. I'll let you all know how we get on. GRRR I'm really fed up with them!!

Good Luck with everything else you all have to sort out with Lightspeed.

Ordered paypal payment yesterday, paid in today. Can't fault them at all. :j

This new 'rewards' company seems to be much more on the ball......(hopefully I haven't spoken too soon!)

I've also had a PayPal payment received very quickly from them ... so far no problems with receiving rewards.

I just got my first payment from them through paypal it says on lightspeed that they should come 24 hours later but it has been a whole week and several emails.
I haven't heard or seen anything of my promised 50 points for christmas.
Why do they tell you you have them only to not dissappoint you?

Perhaps in light that it has been announced that lightspeed have been informed of this forum ( if they did not already know) they could join the forum with an explanation of their company's activities.

I had one for alcohol answered questions, watched ad etc, and was then told that they had enough applicants. I can understand questions about, age location and so on but to get half way through giving answers about the products to be told thanks for nothing is not on. I am really fed up with Lightspeed, Valued opinions is performing much better at the momen.
