I just had an emal invite for a survey worth 500 points, unfortunatly I didn't meet the criteria :rolleyes:

no they dont, I requested a £10 Paypal reward and 2 days later I got the full £10 in my paypal account....

Sure, the email I used was: lightspeed@ovationincentives.co.uk it was only after responding to that one that I eventually got the vouchers through. I think there is an email form on the ovation site itself but I never got a reply filling that it.

I had this to, but didn't meet the criteria either. Pretty nice amount of points too!

I ordered an HMV e-voucher and the code was emailed to me in a matter of 15 mins, which was then successfully added to my e-wallet, no problems thankfully as this is the first reward I have claimed from lightspeed xx

My Argos voucher arrived this morning after being ordered on 3rd January, so can't really complain about that.
