Still no sign of a response to my 2 emails regarding my missing festive bonus points..........:mad:

AVOID SURVEY C6207 (OR SIMILAR) - a 125 pointer on shopping/supermarkets.
I spent 20 mins answering literally hundred of questions to be told i wasnt suitable. GRRRRRR0 -

I applied for a £5 iceland voucher before the xmas cut off date they stated.
Just last week i had to mail to ask where this voucher was. I received a reply about 4 days later telling me all the ones ordered before the xmas cut off had been sent. Suprise suprise it turned up the day after the email and was only sent out - the day i complained . They sent me a "love to shop" voucher, I presume it was a substitute for the iceland one, but there was no covering note etc.
Ive had enough of constantly chasing rewards & Codes!! When i have enough points for my nxt voucher im closing my account and that will be the end of that! They are also the MOST boring surveys compared to other sites, cant b bothered anymore!
Keep on chasing your vouchers and codes people! You all did the surveys and are entitled to the rewards!!0 -

How bizarre! My OH is waiting on an Iceland voucher also. Ordered 28th November!!
Keep sending emails and keep getting same old standard replies.
Someone on the Test and Vote Board has justed posted to the effect that he/she is sick of having to spend so much time constantly chasing these companies for rewards which we have earned and which are rightfully ours.

That was me Fallen. Thinking back, I'm sure we didn't have these problems a while back ... things definitely seem to have got a lot worse in the last year or so. Perhaps most of these survey companies are over-subscribed and just can't handle the additional "traffic" although, if that's the case, they should not be taking on more than they can handle in the first place. :rolleyes:Wins since 2009 = £17,600MANY THANKS TO ALL OPS0

I was told if your were waiting for the voucher to be sent AFTER you had received the reward code to use the following to contact...http://www.ovationincentives.co.uk/lightspeedpanel/contact.htm
Please note though this is for Old Style rewards

Last time i had major problems receiving a reward code and kept being sent standard mails I sent a mail to all the people listed below and had a response the very next day followed by my voucher pretty swiftly after!
