I put in a request for a £10 voucher on 1st December on the old reward system, I am still awaiting my email to choose my reward, is anyone else having the same problem?

I have sent an email only to get a standard reply that didn't really answer my question.

I did survey C6207 - all the way through, and the last couple of screens were the ones that said I didn't fit the profile and they already had enough respondents. Having already read on here about this, I sent off a stinkingly polite email... only to then check my points and find they had been credited...

Oops.

So, it could be a glitch that those screens come up at the end of the survey, but not get in the way of getting the right credit on it.

I emailed loads of times about a voucher code I had been waiting for since November, I eventually got the code about 2 weeks ago. Haven't had the voucher through yet. Will post when it arrives

Hi i have joined and been doing the surveys with Lightspeed for some time and wish to claim my reward.I keep getting directed to perks.com who wont let me register ,have tried lightspeed signing in details but to no avail,have emailed Lightspeed but keep getting automated response which does not answer my question,can anyone help ,Please .

from your Lightspeed Points Account page....it says "Would you like to redeem your lightspeed points"....press the "go" button....

it then takes you to the perksplus.com site where the rewards are...you shouldnt have to sign in again.

somewhere on the mse site is all the email addresses of the top bosses of lightspeed and apparantly if you email them you get a better response, i am still waiting for £15 of iceland vouchers, but if you request paypal payment it is very quick even though they charge you a little bit for doing paypal

Finally got my voucher code by email today - after waiting weeks and weeks (November). Hopefully all the codes from last year should be coming through now (or soon!).

Finally got my Argos vouchers ordered the end of November and very beginning of December. Had sent many emails about both and got the normal: auto replies, no reply and then even a code re-send after I'd already said I'd used the code but hadn't received the voucher :rolleyes: do they even read the emails? Two seperate transactions but they arrived both stuffed in one envelope still at least they arrived eh.

Ordered first £5 voucher (Amazon) from new reward system about an hour ago. Received voucher in the last fifteen mins, so suffice to say I was very shocked, pleased but shocked. May have cost 50 more points but at least I got it in a decent time and didn't have to send off numerous emails.

Good luck to everyone still waiting. Keep emailing both Lightspeed and the old reward site themselves, once a day if necessary; seems the only way you get anything.
