Have you noticed the complete absence of any surveys and/or quick votes whilst all this has been going on? If anyone has been invited to anything at all or earned any points at all since the 50 'festive bonus' points were added back in December, please can you post here and let the rest of us know? I think they are overwhelmed with complaints and have no time at all for business as usual.

I've been invited to 2 surveys since then, survey I6215 and C6051 but was on holiday so didn't get to complete either of them.

I had been waiting for a reward code for over 2 months and had sent numerous emails, finally got the code today but not feeling too hopeful that i will actually get my reward anytime soon! It's a shame that I have to chase them constantly to get my rewards as i definatly get the most surveys from them

That is was what I was thinking. This happened in the past when Lightspeed appeared near the top of the freebies forum, there was a surge of activity from them and we all hoped that things would improve, but unfotunately they slipped back into their old ways.

I requested my first reward from them a few weeks ago in the form of a £15 Paypal deposit and received the deposit in about 7-10 days. It's the first surveys site that I have requested any reward from and I haven't had any problems!!
