Received my order code which i ordered on the 27th October , this was on the 5th January I received it.
My husband received his order code yesterday and this was from the 7th November.
Keeping our fingers crossed that we get our Argos Vouchers!!!0 -
I have received 2 surveys since the bonus one and requested £5 paypal which came through within 2 days. I don't think much of this new system at all and think they should bring the old one back cos it has more variety and its cheaper!!!! Got an email for a link to the old one yesterday to spend my £5 voucher. Hope this is still gonna work.:question:0

I received my vouchers no problem until one I ordered on 1 November - no code arrived. After four complaint emails (all ignored) the code finally arrived yesterday. Holding my breath now to see if it turns up... . Agree that the old version of rewards was much better - more specific to the places I spend money, I'm only interested in the paypal option in the new scheme (and that hasn't arrived in my account as yet either). Finally got a personal email from Lauren today apologising for the delay. She has now said I should get the code for my voucher in the next 4 weeks! Still, at least it's something I guess.

I still haven't even received my 50 festive bonus points. Where should they be appearing - under the 'Points History' section or under the 'Points Adjusted' section at the bottom of the page?
I have, of course, emailed 'Lauren', but have received the usual crap automated reply which doesn't answer my query at all.:mad:Time may be a great healer, but it's a lousy beautician....0 -
i actually got my e voucher from the new people today, i think by the sounds of it they have had a huge back log0

The minute this forum slips into oblivion is when Lightspeed believe they are 'safe'. I recommend that is is high prioroty until EVERYONE recieves outstanding voucher and codes. Please do not let them fall back YET AGAIN.0
