I checked last night and did get the 50 festive points despite not getting an e mail about it.

While I was on the site I e-mailed them about my missing voucher and lo and behold it arrived this morning, post marked yesterday so it must have already been in the post as I contacted them.

I have emailed Ovation Incentives, but wondered if this was a problem others had had - I just tried to use a £10 evoucher from Lightspeed at CDwow, only to discover it's only worth one penny!

I'll try again tomorrow in case it's a glitch at CDWow's end

Guess what? Finally received a WHSMITH voucher this morning! Posted 5th January, so all those emails claiming it was posted on 19th December were complete hogwash!

Yes, you could argue that this is a replacement and the Royal Mail lost the other one, but would they also have lost my husband's Iceland voucher supposedly posted on 5th December?!!

I'm also getting annoyed. When I complained to Anne Hedde (CEO) I got an email straight back to say she'd received my email and would ensure things were sorted out. However, nothing yet so I'm still waiting for this wretched code so I can claim my voucher.

One person who does seem to be able to sort things out and emailed me yesterday to say vouchers were getting re-sent was Sindi Chigaru sindi@ovationincentives.co.uk who seems to work for the old incentives company rather than Lightspeed. Might be worth contacting her.....??

BTW if you put a return receipt on your email you can see when she reads it.

Hi, JUst to give you all a bit of hope, an argos voucher I ordered mid november, on the old rewards system turned up today! No sign of the Paypal payment I ordered over a week ago though...

I got the paypal amount credited in the account within a couple of days after requesting it.

Is your Lightspeed registered email address the same as your Paypal one, cos they didnt ask me if I wanted it sent to another email addy....luckily I use same addy on both.

Hiya, yes it's the same email address. It's probably me doing something wrong, not pressed a confirm button somewhere along the lines! I had some cereal from them as part of an ongoing survey a few weeks back and that was delicious, they can send as many more of those as they like, and I'll forgive the paypal going astray!!
