Me too; I ordered some Woolworths vouchers on 8th January which haven't turned up yet. It does say to allow 15 days though so I'll be chasing them on Monday.

Still no sign of my festive bonus points or a response to my three emails. :mad:

Just waiting to get a few more points to get a reward then going to cancel. They really are taking the mickey recently when you spend 5 mins doing the survey and then being told you are not suitable.

Sent off my claim in September last year and despite several short emails still have not received anything! Have told them to stop bugging me to fill in the surveys now!

I don't know how recently this was. But I received a payment of £13.00 today and Paypal took 65p fee from it. I have a basic Paypal account if that makes any difference.

I received my payment on 9th January as did my OH and neither of us were charged. There was a big discussion on here about it. You are the first person on the forum who has been charged that I know about. The type of account shouldn't matter as I have Premier and OH has personal account like you and I also know others on here with Premier accounts who normally pay fees but haven't paid them on Lightspeed payments.

Basic or Personal Paypal accounts shouldn't pay fees at ALL. Have you tried emailing Paypal in the first instance to ask why you were charged?

The payments came in in US$ and were converted to GBP.

The first shows the payments going in & being converted etc. At the top you see the final total of $24.83

Since I have no other activity on my account, I can only assume the charge is for the conversion or something.
