As long as both emails you use with the Lightspeed accounts are added to your paypal account, I don't think it should be a problem.
I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong0 -
they sent me an envelope in november with a letter in saying" please find your £10 Tesco voucher attached", I didnt, and told them so. They emailed me a picture saying "this is the voucher that was sent" Told them I hadnt got it and envelope was in perfect condition when I recieved it, they said they would resend it, no sign yet:T:jDabbler in all things moneysaving.Master of none:o

UniqueEarthling,
I'm not sure, but I THINK I may know why you have been charged.
You know how Paypal let you maintain balances in different currencies? In order to do this you have to have accounts in all the relevant currencies and you can open and close these at will and also move money between them (although there is a conversion charge).
So for example you could have a balance of $20 US Dollars but an entirely separate balance of £10 GBP and the total would show as $39.95 US Dollars if US Dollars was the main or Primary currency that your Paypal account was denominated in.
Is it possible that your GBP account has somehow closed itself and so when payments are coming in denominated in GBP they are having to be converted into US dollars and you are thereby incurring conversion charges?
When you are logged in, goto 'Manage Currency' to see how many accounts you have open and what the balances are. You can also check which is your primary account and close and open accounts from the same screen.0 -

Thank you so much, you are a genius :T
I went into my currency settings and US$ was set as primary currency and GBP was closed; I've never even been in that section before so I don't know how or when it changed.
Anyway, I've converted it back, closed the US$ bit and made GBP the primary currency. I have in the process lost the 65p but at least I won't lose it next time now it's sorted.
Thanks again.0 -
PS you responded quicker than Paypal, I still haven't heard from them0

I qualified for £15 of rewards on October 28th 2006 and applied for them that day. After 12 eMails to lauren.gb, I received a voucher claim form on 8th January 2007 quoting a "within 10 day delivery". Today is 15 working days and still no vouchers.
This is abysmal treatment of clients - I spent 9 hours work building up that £15.00 Credit and now over 3 months later - NOTHING but rubbish from lightspeed!

I also claimed my voucher on the 8th. Nothing yet but I have had an email from 'Lauren' telling me they are looking into it.
I'll be emailing again next week then :rotfl:Smoke free since 16th December 20120 -
