Yeah, that's because you ordered it back in November when it was a different system.

It is a pain having to pay extra now - it was much better when 500 points was £5. :rolleyes:

I ordered £15 of vouchers too and was only sent £10.. claimed those quick and questioned the other £5.. so annoying when these places cannot do something simple!

Hello, i recently joined lightspeed. How often are people being sent/asked to do surveys? Is this worth the effort?

I've been with them for quite some time and only had to chase them once for a "reward" (which I got soon after).

I get a couple of surveys a week and usually complete them within 10 - 15 minutes.

They're usually valid for ages, 2 years I think.

All Amazon vouchers I've received in the past have been valid for about a year ... a pretty long time.
