Not had a Lightspeed survey for a few weeks now ... anyone else found the surveys seem to be drying up?

Ordered a Paypal payment on 11th February which still hasn't arrived - I suspect because they sent it to the wrong email address (my email address has an underscore in it). Have sent numerous suppoort requests asking for this to be looked into, the promised response within 48-72 hours is a complete joke.

What really annoys me is that OH also ordered a Paypal payment on the same day and received his within 24 hours!! But his email address is a nice simple one without any strange characters....

Is anyone else annoyed by the "help" system which makes you type out an entire email then gives you a popup window with FAQS then won't send the email until you've amended the radio button to say that the popup window didn't answer your question?

Does anyone have a REAL email address for anyone at Perks Plus that I can contact? OrderConfirmation@perks.com just bounces back.

I just ordered my first £5 Amazon voucher yesterday, and it came right away. I'd never ordered anything from them before, so I don't know how it was before, but it worked easily now.

I am getting maybe 1 a week now ,so not as many as before

mine have dried up so much that it's become a full blown drought. Since the start of the year I've only had two surveys. I used to get a couple per week.

came within 2 weeks and is for instore purchases!

I've just had a duff survey - M6462. It loaded an error page saying I'd not completed it previously (I hadn't tried it till that moment).

anyone know any contact details for lightspeed. i emailed lauren on the 9th with a complaint, and they havent even acknowledged my email :mad:

New system works much better. Got paypal money in 1 day. Still waiting for £5 woolworths voucher from Dec though, when they were still through ovation incentives.

Have tried contacting them numerous times by e-mail, but seem to be getting nowhere - any ideas anyone?
