    Usual problems for me - duff survey M6443 last week when I lost out on 200 points because of their repeated server errors, then completed a short survey using my mobile phone earlier this week and haven't been credited with the 100 points.:mad:

    Am so sick of chasing them and receiving no reply.:mad:

    They didn't before, it was a new idea following the recent Quick Match Ring. Going by my experience, I'm not sure it was a complete success..........:rolleyes:

  • hhmm i do so many surveys from different sites i can never keep up with which asks what lol i know i had one ask me if i could do one by mobile but havent had anything about it...

  • oooo the home page has changed...its very..........blue lol...they been changing things and not for the better...i think this is a new gift section that is to stay...this is stupid really because how long does it take to send an evoucher number to a person via email but below its going to take them 2-4 weeks and only then can we use the evoucher to get the actual voucher we want so then will have to wait longer for it to arrive by email or post....think we will all be waiting about 6 weeks for any kind of vouchers from them in future under this new system...

    You can redeem your points for a gift certificate to one of many popular stores.
    1) Please select a gift certificate value from the list below. You may only redeem your Lightspeed Points in the quantities given in parentheses.
    2) We will send you a confirmation email letting you know your order was completed.
    3) Within the next two to four weeks, you will receive an email containing a gift voucher code.
    4) Exchange the voucher code online for a gift certificate to a store of your liking.
    5) You will receive your gift certificate either by email or by mail, depending on the store you selected


    nooooooooooo!!!! This is the system they had in place before when it was run by a different rewards company (the current system has only been in place for a couple of months) What used to happen is it many people failed to get their reward codes within the stated period. It used to take weeks/ a month and lots of emails to get the damn code and then ages to get the actual voucher. The new system is working well so I don't see the need to change it.:mad:

    looks like it was a temp glitch earlier, the link to the perks.com rewards page - paypal etc are back now
  • Hope I haven't put this in the wrong place but I am just wondering if anyone else uses Lightspeed to do surveys. I have emailed them 4 times as I completed 3 separate surveys which should have meant I received a £5.00 voucher each time. I have had no replies from Lightspeed from these emails (the surveys date back to Nov, Dec 05 and Jan 06). Any ideas anyone?

    Send an email to Lauren. I have been with them for over a year, tell you though I dont think they can run that website anymore, it has gone down hill, plus the prizes are pretty much crap.:T

  • Reading a few of these pages has really put me off using this one! Better to know in advance though :)
