ive had so many surveys from them lately so im collecting lots in my paypal account while its available just in case they do change it all again lol...

is anyone else having a problem with redeeming their points?? one min its telling me i havent got enough points and to try again later even though i have got more than enough points the next min i cant get onto the reward page at all to redeem my points...

yes....tried several times yesterday to order a paypal voucher, gave up in the end. Worked ok first thing this morning though.

try clearing your cookies, and go back to it about an hour later.

I was wondering about this myself last night. I haven't received anything either. I arrived for the 6pm live feedback session but was told it was full. I was told I would still be entitled to a voucher for turning up. It never arrived or was added to the account.

Should we start agitating?? :rolleyes:

thanks but have tried that a million times now lol...emptied cookies, cleared history, deleted ie5 temp files, deleted temp internet files and temp files, deleted recent files but nothing is making any difference...have emailed lightspeed again but doubt il get any reply as they havent bothered any other time about this...

They've got a glitch there with that - I had the same thing.

In my case I tried again the next day and just left it to load the completed order page - tip is that you can time the length of time it takes to re-load the page with a calendar not a stopwatch!!!

However if you just leave it, it eventually does.

been trying to get my £10 boots voucher for months. they sent me an empty envelope, well not empty, was a note saying find enclosed £10 voucher. nope1

i cant even get onto the rewards page at the moment, i click on redeem points and i get told theres a technical problem and to contact lauren which i have done several times now s i would like to redeem points....
