Is anyone getting vouchers promptly at the moment? Ordered some earlyish last week, heard nothing since. What's the point in charging us extra for them if even that doesn't guarantee prompt delivery!

i ordered a paypal payment on the 9th and still havent received it yet...all i know is there was a problem with their rewards system for a few days so maybe it didnt log orders properly it might be worth emailing them about it...

I have ordered paypal payments over last 3 weeks, and they have been credited into my account on thursday afternoon/friday morning...so maybe you just missed last weeks one....

That was on Friday, though. I doubt they are in the office at weekends so you'll probs get it tomorrow.

well they emailed me today about it and was talking about the previous payment which was on the 7th, that one went through no problem so have emailed them back about the 9th as it has shown on my lightspeed account and deducted my points but they are suppose to go through into paypal within 24hrs and its been 3 days already, they did say there is still a problem with their reward system and they are trying to fix it still so maybe it just hasnt logged my request even though its taken points off...

I am also waiting for a Paypal reward ordered on the 9th....I usually find anything ordered after thursday evening doesnt go into Paypal account though till following wednesday/thursday.

I received rewards into paypal on the 8th, that was for items ordered on 2nd, 5th & 6th....

I think the 24hrs mentioned is when lightspeed uploads the reward request to Paypal, then its down to Paypal when they actually process it....

I got my Paypal reward today that was ordered on 9th....
