just had another automated email from lauren, this is really annoying me now, as it has been over 7 weeks since i did the £10 online chat survey M6402. they are replying to my emails with automated 'wait 4-6 weeks after survey has closed'

WELL ITS BEEEN 7 WEEKS ALREADY ARRGHHHHHH! bloomin plonkers!

My daughter has completed 2 surveys which said she'd be awarded "a kid voucher worth £5" - does anyone know what exactly a kid voucher is? (Please tell me it's not to get any more kids as I already have 4 ) Also, roughly how long does it take for the vouchers to arrive?

Can anyone give me the www address for lightspeed? The only one i can find takes me to an american site wich only gives me the option of registering as american or canadian? Thanks in advance

I managed to order Paypal rewards ok late last night...

I got the same error message saying insufficient points but I tried again after an hour in a different browser and though it loaded slowly,I finally got it in the end,a 5£ amazon voucher.So,I advise you all to patiently try allowing at least 3 minutes for each page to load.I think that will still be faster than a reply from lightspeed!

I agree lightspeed is having increasing technical problems,with glitches in crediting the points and problems ordering rewards.Hope I get the manual adjustment soon,but not having much hope!Good luck allxx

Paypal rewards has now been removed from this site. You now need a minimum of 500 points to claim a reward can't see me bothering to complete anymore surveys.

Oh great! doubt ill stay with them then, total let down if the paypal points has gone up to 500!
