i also cleared my history folder, recent folder, temp folder and temp internet folder...maybe try clearing those might help for you as well if you havent already done those...

On my Lightspeed I have 180 points, but when you go into the rewards page it says at the top 360 points...and now when I went to order Paypal £1 it just said I dont have enough..

Hello,

I have started dozens of surveys with lIghtspeed, only to get half way through and be told that I don't satisfy the criteria. I'm getting a bit fed up, they seem to be getting an awful lot of info out of me before they inform me I don't qualify.

no problem here

have just logged in and clicked on redeem points...it takes you to the perksplus page, and Paypal is there in a big banner across the page...
