I agree! I've mentioned this before to them without any joy. At least TNS give you some even if you don't qualify!

i have finally managed to sort out my daughters redeeming problem, she hadnt been able to redeem any points since 5th march all she kept getting was technicl error...well i just told her to chang her email address to see if that would work and it did, as soon as she changed her email address she logged out then back in again and now she can get onto the perks page and has managed to redeem her points at last...

i know other people have been having the same problem so try changing yours and see if it works for you aswell...good luck...

remember to add the new email address to her paypal profile if she wants to redeem paypal rewards.

just did that one. I had another survey yesterday and it said that the server was busy and to try again another day. I tried to do it today and it said I had paused the inerview and so couldn't access it again. :mad:

Mine back to normal now but I'm still misiing the 500 points taken from my account yesterday. I'm NOT happy as I want the Amazon reward, any idea who to email & email addy to sort this out please?
