make sure your profile is fully completed. That's the only way you can really influence how many surveys you're sent.

i have just sent my 5th email to chase up the promised £10 voucher for the live chat survey M6402 that i completed over 8 weeks ago. i think im going to send them 2 emails a day untill its sorted out. maybe bump it up to 3 or 4 in a few weeks. trading standerds anyone?

I am fairly new to Lightspeed and don't know much about it. Can anyone help me? I changed some of my points into paypal yesterday. Can anyone tell me what happens next? Do the go directly into your paypal account or do they send you a code? I have tried to get onto Lightspeed account this morning but there is a technical error.

The paypal rewards go straight onto your Paypal account a couple of days later.

They go to the email address that you have registered with Lightspeed, so if thats not your paypal email address you need to go onto Paypal, and in your profile you can add another email to the account.
