its one prize draw every 3 months

each time you enter a survey you are awarded so many automatic entries into the draw..

prizes are

1 x £1,000 prize
2 x £500 prizes
3 x £75 prizes
5 x £25 prizes

I emailed them again about the missing 200 points from last November, I have had this email in return last week, when should I chase it up again?

I hope someone can put my mind at rest -

I've just set up a Paypal account & verified it by email.

About an hour later I ordered a £5 Paypal payment from Lightspeed, but they asked for a shipping address (to which I gave my home address) but no email address. Will the voucher be sent to my house, or to my email (or directly to my Paypal account)? I use the same email for both Lightspeed & Paypal.


Just seems a bit confusing when they asked for a delivery address but no mention of an email address.

Been emailed the answer in the form of my confirmation:

All PayPal orders for funds will load to your account within a few days of your order date. When your PayPal order is processed you will receive an email with a link that will allow you to claim your funds.

no they dont send out a voucher for paypal order, they put the money straight into your paypal account, the email address they send the payment to will be the email address you use to login to lightspeed, if your paypal account email address is different to your lightspeed email address then you need to add your lightspeed email address to your paypal account as an additional account...

May not be the same for everybody though. Several members of my family are signed up with Lightspeed and we've noticed that though two of us often get the exact same surveys, they rarely come with the same code to both of us.

I finally recieved £10 payment for online chat survey M6402 which i completed over 2 months ago. i am happy now though it did take 6 emails :rolleyes:
