It has helped me a couple of times - just CC them all with your query. They do not seem to reply when you email them through the website.

i`m doing the Horlicks survey too, They sent me Horlicks Light and it`s awful stuff, really bland but for £15 i`ll suffer through it

I must say I have just been very impressed by Lightspeed today. Ordered a £10 voucher yesterday and received the code this morning..

I love Lightspeed, I've earned about £40 in four months which isn't bad at all and no I don't cheat and have multiple accounts.
