Anyone just done a chocolate sample survey for 500 points?

I've tried all the avenues detailed in this thread to try and get hold of £20 worth of lightspeed vouchers dating back to last October, but to no avail.

I got sufficiently fed up with the lack of anything other than an automatically generated response tfrom Lightspeed that I got in touch with with "Which?"

They are thinking of doing an article on Lightspeed in their next magazine and are interested in hearing from people who have had problems with getting hold of reward vouchers from them.

i've never had any problems with lightspeed but to be honest i dont keep an eye on my points, but it doesn't look like there has been any missing. I always transfer mine into my paypal account.

I've been chasing for a £5 CD Wow voucher which I requested in January. Every time I email them I get a bog standard reply!

Have you tried contacting Melanie.Dowding@which.co.uk (as above). if enough people do this and Which? run a story on problems getting hold of vouchers then the more likely Lightspeed are to sit up, take notice and get their act together...
