sorry i dont think i explained very well, what i meant was, i joined pigsback yesterday but i cant see anywhere on the site where you can join up for lightspeed... if you can refer me to lightspeed that would be fine too cos im not really bothered about piggy points, i just wanna join lightspeed, the piggy points would just have been a bonus

sorry my fault, I didn't read the posts above. I think it must have been removed from pigsback because it doesn't come up in a search and the sign-up link on the pigsback thread has expired. The best I could find was 100 points from rpoints if you're a member.

I ordered an amazon evoucher yesterday and received my confirmation email, usually the email with the voucher code arrives shortly after but still no sign.

Anyone else order a reward yesterday?

You have to email Lauren - if you use the Help link, select Registration and How do I join in the boxes below - apparently you have to put New member in the subject line to 'receive a priority response'. Not particularly 'user-friendly' but I've been with them for a while and had a few rewards. I'm currently doing the Horlicks survey for £15 too

I've given up, avoid at all costs. I have been trying to redeem my points for over a month now, and have been getting a technical error page every single time. I have sent countless emails, all of which have been replied to with absolutely useless responses, that are obviously just automatically generated.

The customer support is horrendous :mad:

They don't give a rats about you, I would never ever recommend them to anyone! Steer clear.

I recently had enough points to redeem mine. I ordered an amazone e-voucher and it took about 2wks to get it. It was sent via email. I have never had to contact them for anything so cannot comment about customer service but that must be really annoying....
You do have to be pretty quick answering the surveys though. I missed out on one and did not get the hot topic bonus.

I have had no major problems with Lightspeed, currently have nearly £50 sitting in my Paypal account purely from Lightspeed points rewards over last couple of months.

just watch out how much you complain. I sent them countless emails about rewards vouchers under their old system when they sent out codes before you could actually claim a voucher. Each time I claimed there was a massive delay and I sent them a barrage of emails each time. I used to get so many surveys from them but now I only get one every month or two so I think I've been put on their blacklist! Shame because the new system works really well and you get paypal payments really quickly :mad:

I finally got my £10 amazon Evoucher code on friday. It was for an online discussion survey I did in January. I havent used it yet as its valid till april 2008. I hope it works when I get round to using it.

They arent the only people to give trouble in paying up for the higher paying surveys though.
I was a member of Global test market for 4 months. In the first month they sent me a £60 survey (took ages to work through with very indepth answers) and I never saw a penny of it. Everytime I asked about it I was fobbed off and told to go read the invite properly,it was very insulting I thought and I eventually resigned.
