Hello, i was sent a product to test last week and then was asked to do a survey for 500 points...my points were added instantly when i finished my survey. I claimed £5 on paypal, and the email confirming it came through straight away. So i'm pleased about that! I didn't realise they did test products!

I requested £35 of Amazon vouchers from Lightspeed last night and got them about 15 minutes later - so no complaints about them from me :j

I had 2 * 5 pound e-vouchers for HMV, sent very quickly... very happy with them... no complain at all...

did a survey this afternoon, but no points creditted yet? anyone else had time lag problems like this?

Nope had 1 today points went on straightaway -appliances survey.

i had this problem for survey 17485 about sky/telwest etc packages..i have had to email lauren about it as when i submited my answers to get my points it came up a technical error has occured and to email them, had reply today saying they will investigate and add points manually when investigation finished..

Yeah, same thing happened to me a few days ago. I emailed about it, but haven't heard back yet.
