Well, I sent e-mail no3 re: points for the breast augmentation survey this morning, and have finally received a reply.
They are going to investigate ASAP, it has to be done manually and can take some time!!

Yes, I do lightspeed surveys, but I've never received any where you get a £5 voucher every time, just points for completing surveys, and the more points you get, the more entries into their prize draws you get. I have won a £10 voucher of my choice twice.
I do Lightspeed surveys, but to the best of my knowledge they only do points for prizes, (as above), if they are supposed to pay out cash as well I would like to hear from you.0 -

You get points which you can exchange for prizes but you also get credited with different points that give you entries into their prize draws, usually you get points for prize draw entries if you get turned down for a survey.0 -

I buy Paypal rewards with my points, its as good as cash....can use it to buy what I want on ebay, or shops that take paypal, or transfer it into my bank account0 -
I got an email from 'Lauren' yesterday regarding the online 1-hour session we did a while ago.In the last few days, you have emailed us because you haven’t received a voucher for a survey.
We would like to thank you for pointing this out to us. We already sent the vouchers almost one month ago for all the panellists that completed successfully the interview.
At the moment we are doing a review and if an error has been made with the attribution of the voucher we will send it to you as soon as possible.
Please note that this will take some time.

I had the same email for my 5th complaint email about my missing £10 voucher for chat survey M6402.
i hope they sort it out, as i dont need another month of sending complaint emails and stressing out!0
