    only took 2 or 3 days. I still haven't received any reward code. I've just emailed them again. I'm in a hurry cos xmas is approaching quickly!

    Another problem I have is that for about a month now, whenever I get a new survey invite and click the link on the website, it says that the survey has been paused and is therefore unavilable. I haven't been able to complete any surveys for a while now because of this. strange! Up until now, lightspeed has been my favourite survey site.

    Asked "Lauren" again where my voucher code is - it's been 7 weeks since I requested to claim a reward.

    I received the following swift reply:

    Dear panellist,
    Thank you for your email.
    In answer to your query about when you will receive your reward code.
    We are experiencing a delay at the moment, so we have not been able to place your order with our incentive partner.
    I can assure you that we will place the order this week.
    As soon as our incentive partner has processed the order, you will receive your reward code in a matter of days.
    Our apologies for the delay and we would like to thank you for your patience.

    I, too, emailed "Lauren" this morning to say I ordered a voucher on 30 October. Expect I'll be told the same thing ...

    "price" has gone up too £5 boots voucher used to be 500 pts £5 amazon now 550 pts !!!

    I got the exact same email reply as 'Willow' I've been waiting 6 weeks so far!
  • Just logged into the new reward system to get a £5 voucher, and noticed it costs 550 points. Despite it saying in the homepage:
    When you participate in most of our surveys, you will receive Lightspeed Points. Once you earn 500 Lightspeed Points, you can redeem them for a £5 gift certificate.

    Not any more, it seems. :(

    load of rubbish now if you ask me and nowhere near as good as it was.used to like the Boots/cd wow vouchers.
