Its nice to know your not alone when you seem to wait 4ever for a reward code - I know i thought it was just me experiencing this!

I had £2.50 pending and emailed them yesterday - they've credited the points into my account today. Still need another £1.50 to get a voucher.....

Thats good news. At least it is in the right place now and on a plus point they do seem to be repsonding to e-mails. Get in there quick!

had a banking survey from valued opinions today.

literally ten minutes of questions BEFORE they decided i wasn't suitable. That really is taking the p*ss....

It wouldn't be so bad if Valued Opinions having found you unsuitable for a particular, they gave a few points. Ipsos do this.

According to Lightspeed's detailed explanation I should be receiving 2 previously ordered vouchers delivered through my door tomorrow. That will be the ten days up. :rolleyes:

Ovation Incentives, the company who deliver the vouchers, in their pitch to companies like Lightspeed say they can deliver withing 3 days. I am not sure why Lightspeed did not take up this offer.

Without trying to spoil the concept of a freebies site, but to continue the monitoring of both Lightspeed and Valued Opinions ( those of the flashier, ..'we are' websites) can I ask those of you who are interested to give details of if you you are :

1. Awaiting for voucher codes from Lightspeed beyond the time that they specify ( 2 - 4 weeks)

Are awaiting delivery of vouchers from Ovation Incentives on behalf of Lightspeed (longer than 10 working days after ordering them, as quoted on Lightspeed website)

Are waiting for pending points (older than one month) from Valued Opinions ( can you please give the number of surveys pending)

Are awaiting vouchers from Valued Opinions (longer than 30 days after reedeming).

Equally I respect those for whom both of these companies details provide a satifactory service.
