• I'm fed up totally with Valued Opinions. I joined some time ago, and for quite a while, their emails ended up in my BT Yahoo spam folder.

I now get them sent, but every one ends up saying "I'm not able to participate". The last one was for Banking - they know I live in Scotland, yet there were no options for scotland as a location - therefore I couldn't once again take part.

I think I've completed one survey and got a quid.

Think I'll scrap it - waste of time.

Anyone had noticeably less surveys from lightspeed since complaining?!

YES, which is of course totally unfair, but perhaps shows the lack on integrity of the company.

A brief synopsis of todays results

    Lightspeed

Suggestion only - Do not fall into the trap of give ID numbers or being swayed by the fact they are going through all ID's that start with 9 etc. Do not be fooled by delaying tactics.

Tell them your name, e-mail address and ask them to send outstanding codes. They may send all of them, but a least you can check those tou have already have against those that you have not received.

    Send e-mails to lightspeed@ovationincentives.co.uk or sindi@ovationincentives.co.uk

The person that you need to deal with is Sindi Chigaru

An interesting fact is that e-mails appear to this person as

[mailto:nobody@mx2.uk2.net] On Behalf Of 'My Name ( caggie etc)'

Just about sums them up. They actually think that we are nobodies Lol or an unfortunate choice of system. The point is that I can see this in my inbox and it does not look good, whatever the reason. And this is a marketing company?

    Valued Opinions

Nervous about the pending issue, continue to e-mail all call them on 0845 257 3299

If we can keep the impetus up then perhaps we can at least resolve outstanding payments.

Valued Opinions have now transferred the money that was in pending into my total amount. Enough for a voucher.
