    Same here, a response within about 15 minutes from a completley different department. They sent me attachments of all the voucher codes which they said thay had sent me in the past. Two of these I have never recieved. They say they have no evidence of any other e-mails recieved. I have written to lightspeed daily so it must be a different department. I suggest you send your e-mails regarding missing codes to : lightspeed@ovationincentives.co.uk

    Now for ordering the vouchers!

    I now find that my £2.00 pending credit from Valued Opinions has completely disappeared. Anyone else with the same problem?
  • Valued opinions = complete 75% of survey then they say not suitable and boot me. Once I managed to get enough credit to clear the voucher came quite quickly and I have put it away towards christmas.

    Lightspeed = Lots of surveys points add up quickly, click to redeem points and nothing happens.

    Totaly sick of both of them!!!
