Never had a problem with them ... they've always paid me promptly and replied to emails very quickly. I've won a few £10 vouchers, but not sure it's worth it bearing in mind the many surveys I've completed ... and most take about 20 minutes to do. Will stick with them though as they're shortly going onto a point system.Wins since 2009 = £17,600MANY THANKS TO ALL OPS0

Woohoo, just had my first new Lightspeed survey, one where you get paid with points! :j
Was very chuffed as got paid 200 points, which supposedly equals £2, and you can have a voucher when you get to £5. Also, you can see a list of all the surveys you've done and the points total. :money:
Seems a much better system that the prize draws.0 -

Did you get the actual emails inviting you to do the surveys? (Sorry, stupid question but it's the only reason I can think of why you can't click on them...)
Did you try emailing them and asking?0 -

agreed, i think it's fantastic. they seem to get the frequency of surveys, and now you get a guaranteed payment, all the better. woohoo!!!!! :T :T :TThe word is BOUGHT, not BROUGHT.
It's LOSE, NOT LOOSE.

Has anyone else been having problems with these guys recently?
I've had one survey I didn't get the points for even though I submitted it, a survey I got invited to that wasn't there on the website, and a really old survey I was supposed to get £10 for but haven't. And they're not answering my emails -- time to email the big cheeses methinks (thanks kavakava for the addresses above! :T )
The funny thing is that, if it wasn't for these few things, I would be really happy with Lightspeed. Since the changeover, I've had loads of surveys and quite a lot of points. If they could just sort out their customer liaison, they'd be great. :rolleyes:0 -
the only problem i've had was the fact that i got less points for doing the survey than it said i would in the e-mail. I e-mailed them about that and i've had no reply either...
does anyone actually know what vouchers you can get now that they have the reward system thing? i can seem to find it anywhere on their website.2008: £783.12 - 2009: £6,401.15 - 2010: £4,230.61 - 2011: £8720 - 2012: £2,041.89
2013: £134.960 -

), but I'm assuming it's going to be a choice of vouchers like they used to do for their 'guaranteed voucher' surveys before. There were quite a lot to choose from: Boots, Tesco, Curry's, book tokens, even High Street vouchers maybe? Sorry can't remember exactly, but hopefully there should be something for everyone
