thank you Raksha and dnms for your kind words x
I hope that in the next few days I will find out what is going to happen with the incident from last week, I am waiting for a phone call from the person's employers as to what they are going to do with him. That will make things slightly better once I can put that behind me.
Feeling quite poorly today... exhausted, achy and sick :( Have had three good days so I'm paying for it today... think today will be a sofa day.

Ohhhhhh - sofa day :) Sounds good :)
Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.

I normally lurk here, have posted a few times but having a very low day and tears are streaming. OH just all about him and nothing about me or how I'm feeling. May go back to the counsellor as just get no peace to think. Have been on auto pilot last few days and now sat here (house to myself but have to pick OH up at 5) and can't be bothered, I just want to stare into space. Is it bad to wish you were on your own at 36? Sorry if I'm wittering, really needed to vent.

  • hi uniexgirluk, no its not bad to have any thoughts, whatever you think & feel is ok. please don't think ur wittering, its good to let it out. As always I'm going to say try to be kind to urself while you are feeling like this. Maybe ur oh finds it hard to cope with your illness - I know mine does, its understandbly hard for everyone involved. Do something nice for yourself when you have the energy & know that its ok to feel like this. Lots of love to you x

So sorry to hear you're going through this. Being totally self centred can be a symptom of depression - has your OH seen his Dr? I've been going through this with my OH for the last couple of years and thankfully he is now 'coming back', but while he was in the depths, even though he wouldn't acknowledge it, he was classically depressed, of that I'm pretty sure. I also thought being on my own would be preferable.

Today is not going to be a good day for me :( Today I'm going back to the scene of the incident that happened the other week and possibly have to see the person who did it :( I have the feeling his employers arent really going to deal with him and he'll be free to get away with it while I'm suffering... sorry everyone. Have lost another load of hair with the stress... it used to be thick and chin length but there's not much of it left now.. Am covering up with a scarf at the minute but it just makes me want to cry... :(

unfortunately my OH thinks his is worse and is determined to drive everyone away. I'm just supposed to get on with things. I had a very close relative pass away a few months ago and he threatened on leaving if I didn't "pull myself together". Nice eh?

sending you a hug. Try Nioxin shampoo (either level 3 or 4... 4 is for coloured hair, 3 is not), its about £10 but you only need a little bit (5p piece for my length of hair). My hair is half way down my back and I lost half of it (parting and at the sides). I was recommended this and even though I still had the stress, my hair started to grow back. I hope this helps.
