hello all. hugs to all in need and hope is well for all.

im plodding along, back at work after 6 months off with anxiety. not looking forward to it though which is to be expected i guess, especially after so long. ive got gradual back to work and using up holiday left from last year to do so and am counting my blessings their.
im concerned with how im going to deal with the shift pattern that i will eventually be expected to do plus people i work with as some of them can be pretty darn mean at times. plus seem to get pretty cross with me when i stand up for myself.
also my spending habits have got bad and have gone awol so seriously need to take stock of what im doing with money as well as my life too.
i think once start budgeting properly i will be okay, combined with being busy at work.
im tempted to move onto something new jobwise once im more or less sorted. i know itd be stressfull but i think itd be good for me to move on as i have bee their 10 years and i keep getting the same crap from peaple no matter what i say or do.
    anyhow, hope all okay

Good luck with the return to work, UnluckyT. I can understand your apprehension - I had 3 months off with a broken jaw once, and going back was awful - hopefully it won't be as bad as you fear.
