chicken and avocado
prawn and cucumber
roast beef and sun dried tomato with some mustard and black pepper
humus and chicken
pork, apple sauce and stuffing
lamb and a mint dressing with rocket
ham and tomato
tuna with mayo/salad cream, with grated carrot
chicken and chilli sauce with lettuce
corned beef and tom sauce with salad
cheese and pickle

Right I really need some inspiration OH takes sandwiches to work every day and have got stuck in the rut of cold meat and salad, Cheese and pickle, Tuna mayo.
Really need some inspiration, needs to be something that is not too sloppy as he is on the road and eats in the van also needs to keep well and not go too soggy as they are made up night before as he is up and out at 5.30 am so no time in morning to make fresh.
Eats just about everything but not too keen on fish other than tuna.
