Morning all,
Been woken up really early by the children which is good as we always run late in the mornings lol.
I am at work this morning then have a hour to myself before i have to pick up DS from Pre-school.
Slow cooker is on with a beef casarole for tonight.
I need to do more washing when i get home from work.
Hugs to everyone.
CAtch you all laters

Morning stressed.
We're nearly ready here so I am going to sort the washing out, DH is still snoozing but he'll have a shock in a while as I want to remove the old mattress from our bedroom. I have to go into town today to bank two cheques and trawl the charity shops for a pair of jeans as the ones I am wearing have developed a hole in the knee. I have to wash down the kitchen floor again as the cats muddy little feet have made a right mess of it.
It's really cold here but if it warms up a little I'm going to try and make a start on the garden.Organised people are just too lazy to look for things

Hello SOMO, been waiting for someone to post so i didnt cross with them!!!!
Good morning everyone,
Its going to be a busy day today, went to visit my friend again yesterday, and hopefully she will be having her scan this morning, so will be good to get that done, and she is hoping that she will then be coming back home, so hopefully see her later at her house.
Im also waiting for my test results, to see if i have to have some transfusions tomorrow and Wednesday, if they dont ring this morning i will chase them up at lunchtime, they said they would ring Friday or Monday morning, but theyve told me that before and ive had to ring, so i expect it will be the same today!!!
I have 3 little ones today, and i have an extra one to take to school this morning so a busy day, but at least the little ones all have a sleep still so i do get an hours peace to eat my lunch later!!!
Well, must go and search the freezer for something to cook for dinner tonight, hope everyone has a lovely day and hugs to everyone who needs one,
Take care xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx0 -
Morning everyone,
I don't normally have time to post in the morning thread but I am on a counselling course today so have an extra 10 minutes to myself!
Tonights dinner is already made, its a chilli in the oven, I made it yesterday whilst I had the oven on making a coconut cake and a chicken jambalaya. Its good that it is done because I have to go the docs when I finish tonight and then to the gym so won't be home till late.
Braakfast: toast
Lunch: fruit salad
Dinner: Chilli and rice
Have a good day everyone0 -
Morning everyone, I am so happy today I could burst, I slept naturaly last night for the first time in 5 weeks, was getting quite desperate, i think the reflexology really helped.
Had a good old sort out yesterday, and with renewed energy today i am off to the Gym!

Morning all
Pawpurrs thats great news - isnt it true that natural sleep makes you feel so much better than drug induced? ( even homeopathic and natural stuff gives me a hangover ).
Well I started redecorating my kitchen yesterday - to say that your pictures inspired me is an understatement. In fact the only reason it isnt finished is that I kept popping back online to see the latest pics and that in turn gave me new things i just had to do! So - more painting today and then off to scour the shops for an inexpensive hanging rack.
Feeling a bit overwhelmed this morning actually as my 'to do list' has 22 things on it!
On a bit of a health kick starting today in order to try and get a few pounds off before my annual trip to Vegas in April. - so a quick mug of hot water and lemon and then i must be off and start plodding my way through the days chores.
By the way - if anyone is looking for a new tumble dryer - i have an unused one on ebay starting at £15 - not sure if i am allowed to say that or to post the link but pm me if you want details.
Have a good, healthy and productive day all

Hi everyone,
I've not posted here in a while. :hello:
I am off work today as I feel really rubbish. Yesterday I had a great OS day - I cleaned all my mirrors and windows - with newspaper and vinegar a la Anthea and gave the whole house bar the bedrooms a thorough clean. I'm going to do the bedrooms this evening if I feel any better. I also made 2 soups (Yellow Broth and Tomato & Bean) and a batch of choc chip cookies (thanks the thriftlady for the receipe in the Indexed Collections :kisses3: ), which are nearly all gone!
Going to go and change my bed now, then get back in!
Breakfast: mmm porridge sounds good...
Lunch: Reheated h/m pizza with cherry tomatoes, mushroom and red onion
Tea: salmon with lemon & dill (already cooked from freezer) and salad
Hope everyone has a lovely day (p.s. hoping to get a picture of my kitchen up on the other thread too as its so clean and tidy! Just have to locate the batteries for the camera - grrr...!)

 Morning all,
Glad the cookies turned out well Scottish,I'm trying them with Smarties this week for dd's b'day party.
Tesco's this morning,my usual shop plus some extras for the party, like sliced white bread. Don't usually buy bread, but thought the party guests would appreciate it more than my healthy stuff
Lunch will be leftover soup which was made yesterday from the sauce from leftover braised beef made on Saturday, plus some of the sauce from the honey-baked chicken we had yesterday.Waste not......
Not had any breakfast as I've come to the conclusion that eating breakfast makes me absolutely famished by 9am,if I don't eat any I'm alright till lunchtime.Nutritional heresy  I know, but I had some porridge the other day and by the time I got back from the school run I could have eaten my own arm off and porridge is supposed to keep you going for ages isn't it?
Not sure what's for supper yet, maybe some fish.I'll see what looks good at the fish counter.0 -
Morning all,

Lunch:Tuna & sweetcorn sarnies

Hi all
For once I'm ready before the children in my class arrive, which is lucky! This also means that I can sit down here and say hi to everyone. However, there's not much to report.
WM was on when I left the house, chilli with rice will be for supper tonight. OH was really chuffed with himself when he made it last night as there's quite a bit left over - enough for 2 more meals - because he put even more kidney beans and tomatoes in than normal. Anyway, he wanted me to tell you all because he knew you'd be proud of him :rotfl:
I've got parents' evening tonight - and it'll go on until 7pm. Now, obviously I have nothing against parents coming to see me, but I'll hardly have time to think during changeover of each parent. Ah well. Such is life!
Better go as the children seem to want to talk to me!
