    Morning all

Michelle - so glad to hear that Fred is back with you. When my baby was a kitten, he decided to climb up my parents' willow tree. He got stuck - needless to say, started mewing, needed me to climb up on a ladder to get him down etc etc. Has he ever been up it since? NO WAY! :rotfl:

Got some yellow sticker fresh soup for tonight's supper! OH did steak last night, which was LOVELY. Apparently quite expensive, but from my favourite butcher and divine!

Better go for the time being, but I'll hopefully report back later.

    Good Morning

Not posted for a few days but been lurking.
Get Well for everyone under the weather and my thoughts are for those who are going thro an extra tough time at the moment.
Myselfe - had a head cold at the w/e but it seems to have gone now but have got DS at home with tummy ache but he does seem to have made a amazing recovery at the mom, got to pick up DD at 2pm to take her to her orthodondist ( it is an hour away).

In office at mo, did loads of washing and ironing this am and am just waiting for some to dry so I can iron it as plan to have empty washing basket for at least 5 mins.

Got quite a lot of paperwork to do so gonna write a list and prioritise as wont get half of it done - but never mind.

Anyway must get on - have spent enough time on here today - will be strict and not come back till this evening!

    L - leftover chicken sandwhiches
D - leftover chicken and pasta.

Hi Yall, what a difference a bit of sunshine makes. LOL The world looks much better when the birds are singing and the sun is shining.

Here are a couple of shots from my bedroom window to show how pretty thinks look in the emids.

    http://i50.photobucket.com/albums/f321/MATH11/DSCN0775.jpg

    I'm a bit spoilt really arn't I. LOL

Got up V early today to get my jobs done cos I'm going to attempt to attned my friends funeral for the second time. No laughing those who read last weeks post.

Downstairs has been cleaned and the kitch floor and conservatory floors have been waxed and I even cleaned the kitchen window because the sun was shining on it and it looked a bit grubby.

The airer is basking in the garden ladened with a full load of whites and I may start tomoorows cleaning upstairs today just to get a head start before I have to go out at 1.

Don't need to bother with dinner tonight cos Mrs MATH is at her mothers and min MATHLETT (Boy - 5yrs) has told me he's doing dinner (he likes to watch Big cook little cook) he's making something he calls 'Crusty Crabs':rotfl: I hope it tastes better than it sounds. He's given me instructions to have bread rolls, fishfingers, carrot battons, tomato quarters and raisins all ready for him when he gets back from school and the creativity will begin.

Michelle, (((hugs))) one of my cats got stuck up the chimney and burnt his paws once, daft animals arn't they but ya can't help but love em.

PP, Hugs to make you feel better:grouphug:

Thiftlady, Good luck with the point counting, I point per slice of bread, 1/2 point per scraping of lo-cal marg, 1 point per 100ml of white wine, 1/2 point per waifer slice of ham. hehehehe It's addictive LOL I see something and I instantly clock up the point value, I found myself calculating a small pile of pavement dog pooh the other morning.....arrgghh.....somebody stop me.

Pooky 15 mins brisk walking is 1 1/2 ww points earned... Arrgggg...I'm doing it again

    Frey Hugs and best wishes

Bargain Rzl Thanks for the explanation! Go out and have a good time, he'll soon come around or miss out. You thought this might happen but hey the world's full of tall, handsome, rich guys;) :D

Have a good day on and all.

    Good morning all! (Just!)

Sorry to hear about the poorly ones - hope all of you start to perk up a bit soon.

Glad that Fred is safe, he sounds almost as daft as my dog - though Archie has never got stuck up a tree! He did get his head stuck through the flap bit on the bin the other day and wandered about feeling very sorry for himself for the rest of the day!

Math - glad that things are looking rosier this morning. Hope that the sunshine brings good news on the job front too - best of luck to you and Mrs Math. Oh, and good luck with dinner tonight - we have a fish thing that dd3 saw on Big Cook, Little Cook, puff pastry cut into fish shapes filled with tuna in white sauce, with green veg to make seaweed!

House needs a good tidy, and heaven alone knows what the children did in the bathroom this morning, it looks like a very wet bombsite! Need to get it organised as watching dd1's musical tonight, so don't want to scare babysitter with the state of the house. Will be enlisting the children's help when they return from school!

Not sure what lunch will be, very quick tom soup probably, and then it's sausage casserole for dinner. Was very organised and made it last night at the same time as the toad in the hole! For pudding inspiration I shall have a rummage through the threads, may well be choc mousse, as have some cream to use up, and I got a free mini bar of Green and Black's choc the other day!

Hope that everyone has a good day!

on a different, i know what its like to have no money, i have 20 weeks left at uni and we are really struggling. but there has been something that has got us through, the money i have been earning on ebay, it has taken quite a long time for me to find the right products to sell, but i have eventually cracked it. i think!!! i can pm u some tips if you are interested??

Math Is that you behind the tree in the first piccy doing something suspicious :D or do you call that fertilising the tree. :p

I have just gotten home and having a wee surf before hitting the sack. It's starting to get a bit chilly now. The wind is picking up.

BargainRzl - good on you for looking at it in a positive way. As you said more money in the kitty for you. I would be a tad dissappointed if I was looking forward to a holiday. I would have said a few choice words to him actually.:o

    Better get going. Byeeeeeeeeeeeeee
Don't worry about the world coming to an end today. It's already tomorrow in Australia. ;)

Well I'll soon be off to King's Cross to visit my friend in Cambridge. I've left a sheepish message on housemate's answerphone to say I'll be home at half past midnight and haven't got my keys :o

(The friend I'm meeting has left her mobile at home, so between us I think we've got "blonde syndrome" - even though neither of us is blonde :rotfl:)

Looks like everything other than the holiday plan are fine with XBF - I do understand his reasons and TBH as much as I was looking forward to the holiday, I was kicking myself for having suggested it in the first place because it was going to make such a dent in my budget. Anyway, he's definitely not trying to cut me out for good :) We're off to a rugby match together on Saturday :)

Yesterday's Budget announcement that the lower stamp duty threshold is rising to £125,000 was not exactly music to my ears - as the sort of flats I should be able to afford in a year's time are currently selling for about £110k-£115k, I was kind of hoping that the threshold would stay put at £120k so that my future flat would be unlikely to inflate beyond £119,999 in the next year...

MATH - you are lucky, having such a lovely view from your house. Don't worry, I'm not looking for another tall, handsome rich bloke (yet ;) or possibly ever) What I really need is a tall, handsome, rich bloke who is more interested in music than he is in women, to give me the freedom to be more interested in music than I am in men... hmm, there's a flaw in that argument somewhere :o :rotfl:

Does anybody know what's become of mossy? She doesn't seem to have been around for a good few days?

PP - I do hope you're feeling better soon.

Off to King's Cross now, brandishing the £9 ticket voucher I had lying around.
