Not sure if my day is getting worse or better. Just had an email from now-ex-boyfriend saying that he no longer wants to go on holiday with me next month (yesterday he seemed keen that it would still be a lovely thing to do). Now, we hadn't yet booked anything, so on the plus side it means I'm (a) FREE, to come to the OS meet without having to fit it in around returning from a foreign holiday
and (b) RICH, because I won't have a holiday to pay for and will be able to sink the £500 I would have spent into my favourite charity, the Bargain Rzl Impoverished First Time Buyer Flat Deposit Fund
But I do hope it's not the beginning of "Oh by the way I've also changed my mind about us staying friends"Operation Get in Shape

Morning
Feeling abit more "with it" now. Had to call me doc out last night as I had some kind of seizure and couldnt move without cryinghe thought that an injection of some sort would ease it up abit and it did, but totally wiped me out and was well out of it:eek: Abit shaky today and head hurting...but hey..its another day:D Not allowed to do anything..but more rest and TBH am getting really p*ssed off with it all:mad: Never mind!
DH....bless him has been a busy bee this morning. Washload done and on line. Floors swept, toilet cleaned and has made numerous calls to my consultants and OT etc. He made DD pancakes for breakie too. The house is generally clean and tidy. Im so glad I did DD's sarnies and put them in the freezer at the weekend..it all helps doesnt it! He also changed the bedding for the quilt I have on the sofa...to make me feel more comfortable.
SIL has been given an old fashioned Kenwood Mixer and asked if I would like it...yes please;) Been after one for ages but they are so expensive. Apparently it has all the attachments etc and in full working order, will let you know when I get it.
Anyways, Id best go and rest, although Im on sofa with quilt and laptop..LOL.
Sorry for the moan. HUgs to all.

I'm at work today - I've come in for a rest!
Yesterday was the last day of the time i took off for house-moving & it was spent putting up shelves and making wardrobes. Powertools start to be less fun with a sprained wrist. At least my stuff isn't in bags all over the floor even if the ceiling turned out to be too high for the sliding doors.
BargainRzl - it probably isn't a change of mind, just a sudden weirding-out.Still wish I could buy a TARDIS instead of a house!0 -

We are with L&Q housing association and our monthly magazine came a few days ago. They have some flats locally 1/2 bed ones on a part buy part rent scheme and think minimum salary needed is about 16-22k. PM me if you would like further details. They seemed good quality, but you know the prices around here are so horendous..LOL.

Morning!
Ive got a busy day today so im glad that its nice and sunny :j . Im about to go out shortly and sort out the cars (still!) and ive put a half shoulder of lamb in the sc to make curry with - im hoping it goes all stringy and falling off the bone.
Yesterday I spent the day reorganising the lounge, ive moved a few things around in anticipation of the TV stand being delivered and am planning where the bookcase will go when Ive bought it. I also made boyf come to ikea with me as ive come to the conclusion that its the bed that is causing the panic attacks - ive been sleeping on the sofa for 3 weeks and im fine - and shown him the bed I want. I figure that going through a whole rigmarole of taking down the old bed, putting in a new one, buying new duvets and covers etc and really giving the bedroom a sort out would make me feel a whole lot better about going back in there. Boyf is sad because he loves the old bed, but appreciates that we will store it, not throw it away, and that I need to be able to sleep properly in a bed. Im looking at purchasing next week so im quite excited really! I also get my quarterly bonus at the end of April so im looking at what I should spend it on - last time I ordered next vouchers and paid them all off my next account, im thinking of either doing the same again or maybe getting vouchers for currys or somewhere and buying a new TV. Its not essential, but I work hard when im there and as most of my wages go on the bills and occassionally something for the house, I deserve to spend them on something frivolous! If I was really clever, id use a few to pay off the rest of the next account, then get the rest in food shopping vouchers and have a free month. Ill think about it later as its around a month away though!
Today im going to do the cars, finish sorting the lounge and then put away and iron a mountian of clothes from the laundry spree earlier in the week, then boyf and I need to go out and start looking for another job for him with earnest. We are thinking a supermarket of some description - because shift work and the different shift lengths available will be ideal with his band commitments and his other job too. Im then going to make him a nice curry for dinner and then cut his hair as it really needs doing - whilst filling in job applications or course! I think I might nip over to boots too as I need a new foundation and have a £10 voucher burning a hole in my pocket.
Ive also found out when my exam date is so im going to start revising for that and make sure that I dont work any saturdays in May to maximise studying time, I intend to spend sunday morning this week doing some, and all the bank holidays coming up in april too. Ill also book a week off work too just before so that I have time to concentrate. I think ill text my boss now and let her know I need that time off so I definately get it.
Anyway - ive rambled enough - im going for a quick shower!

Morning all,
cha97michelle: I am so glad that you have got your kittens back in safely! Its such a worry isn't it, my little one has never got stuck up in a tree but she has wandered too far a few times and been too far away to hear me calling and it does upset you doesn't it.
PennyPincher: I am so sorry to hear that you had such a bad night, I hope that you are taking the advice and resting up. I know how hard it is to rest all the time but in the long run it will be the best thing (I know I should take my own advice frokm time to time) I'm sending you happy thoughts
Well I had a better sleep last night which was quite nice but I still don't feel that rested. I have not done much this morning, i've been contacting friends to plan a night out tomorrow, i'm just hopeing I will be well enough.
I packed up my ebay parcels yesterday and I will be popping into town to post them later and I will be picking up a few bits and bobs whilsy i'm there.
Dinner will be HM shepherds pie when OH and I are together at 8.30, I must get them out of the freezer in a minute. I need to mend some trousers quickly and perhaps do a bit of ironing. I have a large amount of ironong to do that has spread out of the cupboard and onto the study floor, i find it hard to do more than an hour without feeling too exhausted. I spent some time yesterday putting it all into piles so that I can take a small but at a time and hopefully it will soon all be done.
Right I must go shower, dress, sort out a few things and catch the bus to town.
Hugs to those who are poorly today, I hope everyone has a good day.

Morning :j
Thank you everyone for all your kind thoughts - it's much appreciated :A
This morning was a bit of a rush as DH and I just sat around talking, then jumped to attention (shock horror - DH made DD's packed lunch!!). I'm at work at the mo, although I'm not in the mood - fortunately for me though I'm in an office on my own - so no-one to bother me.
Breakfast was cereal, lunch is sandwiches and dinner will be HM burgers.
I'll probably drop in later - as I'm sooo bored!!
