I can honestly say these are fantastic.
I sent the phone off on Tuesday, got delivered on Wednesday
recieved my cheque today (friday) what more can you say
except for fantastic service

I have just sent 8 old phones to fonebank. Posted by Special Delivery on Tuesday, i received an e-mail confirming receipt on Wednesday and the cheque for £120 arrived on Thursday! Fantastic service. :beer::money:

I agree. These guys are fantastic. I sent 7 phones special delivery on Monday, email on Tuesday to confirm receipt and cheque received on Wednesday. Their speed is fantastic. They also give you a referral code to use to get £3 for each person you refer for the next 3 months.

I returned a Sony Ericsson phone to Fonebank and although it worked fine I had dropped it several times and it had cracks to the casing. I therefore applied for a non working credit but to my surprise Fonebank actually sent me a cheque for a full working version and paid up within a week of receiving the phone.

Very impressed.

I sent a broken Sony Ericsson to them. Got a cheque for £12 the following week. Would definitely recommend them. :T

And to think I was going to give it to Boots so I could get points on my advantage card - a whole £3!!! :rolleyes:

I nearly used Love2recycle because it said good feedback rather than Fonebank's limited feedback. Luckily I read the feedback for both!
Love2recycle sound as though they rarely pay and then late.
So I posted my phone to Fonebank early one afternoon. I paid 75p for "signed for" and used their freepost address.
The following day I got an e-mail confirming receipt of the phone.
The next day I received the cheque for the full amount promised.
Excellent service and top rate for the phone :j
