Unfortunately like so many on here I did not read the reviews before sending my phone 'face palm' this site is awful just sent off perfectly working iPhone 5s quoted £140 and got an email listing non existing faults and revised offer of £35!!!!!!!!
Unfortunately for them I actually took dated time stamped footage of my phone completely working the day I sent it and will push this to completion. I'll keep you posted but please avoid this site! O2 recycle is great and never hadron less with them.
