Can anyone let me know if they will send cheque back and/or send letter saying sorry if we havent been lucky? Or do they just let us assume no holiday if we dont hear.
Mine was sent on token day 10 so earliest i could send it but due to school we have to have it in the school holidays. Fingers crossed but not getting hopes upMe, DD1 20, DS 17, DD2 14, Debt Free 04/18, Single Mum since 11/190 -

They will send you back your booking form, tokens and cheque (well at least they used to). They also used to then let you have a priority booking for the next set of holidays. Not sure if this is still the case though.0 -
I had a confirmation today which is fantastic, the only problem is it's on a date that we cannot travel, we need the following week, this is totally my fault I hasten to add, presuming I would get my first or second choice. Has anyone on here had experience of changing their dates at all?0

This is from the Sun Newspaper FAQs regarding holidays:
"Unfortunately we are unable to change or cancel a booking once it has been made. The terms and conditions of the promotion states: “ABSOLUTELY NO AMENDMENTS WHATSOEVER can be made by you after your holiday application has been received by us” (number 10)."0 -

worth a shot
else you could sell the holiday0 -
This is the first time I have booked and I have gone for Holland and Paris, my postal order has not been cashed nor have I received any confirmation. Don't think its looking too good for me
What do they usually do if you have been unsuccessful do they do a mass post out to those who have not been lucky on the 28th?0 -
officially its non changeable... BUT some people have managed to change dates by contacting the park direct. you may have to pay an admin fee
worth a shot

Thanks Rachie. I have rang the Sun folk who are not very helpful. I've also rang Eurocamp folk who don't have my details loaded yet to possibly alter the booking, it's not looking good. I blame my partner for putting that date on the form, I said don't, but he is a stickler for complying to rules (you must enter five dates or they throw the paperwork out). Whereas I would have just put the date I want lol. Nevermind, we maybe able to change it, my thought was to ring the French park direct and do a deal with them hehe.:rotfl:0 -

Hold on in there, you may here in the next few days if you have been successful. If not, they do post your payment back to you.0 -
