It should not do normally - however, they tried to get back money which they reckoned they overpaid me just because I appealed.if i appeal will it effect my money? im going to give it one last shot and try the appeal if they dont change there dessicon then forget it they can keep their money im not going through the grief of attending interviews my health comes before money.

I can't believe in this day and age that someone is being allowed by the medical profession to suffer such severe, unrelenting pain as you describe. I am not qualified to give medical advice, but perhaps you should at least tell your GP the degree to which you are suffering, as there is almost always some sort of treatment or medication that can reduce your agony, at least to the point of being bearable.
The way you describe it, it sounds like you are on inadequate medication for the severity of your condition. I sympathise, but I have never heard of anyone being left in such a state long term, without further medical intervention.

i see my gp every 4 weeks we have been experimenting with various painkillers for a while they do help but not much he gave me some very strong ones that made me feel very light headed so he stoped them. i also see a specialist orthopidic doctor every 3 months and have had psysiothereapy the specialist at the othrhopidic has told me you hip is pretty much shot now and i will need a hip replacement soon but you have to understand thats a huge dession for me to make and one im considering very much
you have no idea hwo frustrating this is for me its like people dont understand the pain i am in im a young man i dont like to show my emotions either i hide the fact that im in pain im very shy which makes me smile all the time nobody has a clue how depressed and sad i am they think im fine when they meet me....im feeling suisidle again0 -
I've known several people who have had hip replacement ops, and they have always been much improved afterwards. I hope you decide to follow the doc's recommendation if he thinks it would help. You should perhaps also talk to him about how depressed all this is making you feel. He might be able to fast-track you for either the op or at least some counselling.

I had to wait a year to see the pain clinic - so understand how you feel.
I was almost in tears - not because of the pain but at the relief of seeing a pain expert.
Having damaged nerve bundles through 'bungled' ops, I had 4 what looked like long horse needles stuck into my back.
It doesn't help having the DHSS or DWP or whatever constantly making flawed decisions.0 -
Look up chronic pain - don't live in ignorance - not everybody recovers.Bogof_Babe wrote: »I've known several people who have had hip replacement ops, and they have always been much improved afterwards. both my gp and doctor at the orthopidic are very nice and helpfull! i have been depressed on and off as far as i can rember but im really shy and dont like talking about it.im trying to get my life together mentaly and physicaly its not like im enjoys the luxruries of being on benifits my life is not very good at the moement infact its completley !!!!... the hassel with the esa and now being told i should be looking for work has just made it all worse working is the last thing i need its a complete joke being told this everybody that knows me well is disgusted by it. and i cant belive how unprofessional and how crap the processs is. they have not taken any time too loook at my daily life what soever they have just look at what i can do regardless of the pain is causes me. im so angrey and upset ritet now i feel like im going to explode.
regarding the hip op thats one thing that keeps me goig the fact i can have it and may live a normal life after its not a simple hip op that i need my his is all twisted and the new hip mite not take work aswell as it normaly would. there are still alot of things that could go wrong with the hip op due to the current state of my current hip0 -

I feel your claim may have been more straightforward if you had claimed for paranoia!Gone ... or have I?0 -
people who have never suffered with chronic pain and have no medical qualifications should very much keep there opinions to themselves, i suffer with chronic pain , i also suffer terribly with the side effects of painkillers, i can drive a car, type and use a pc, unfortunatly the side effects of the painkillers mean i can no do any of the above with any level of responsibility if i am
a) in pain
b)recovering from pain due to side effects of the drugs
i would need a part time, flexi time job with an employers insurance that would allow me on the premisis whilst under the influence of prescription opiates, do you think any employers out there want me?
Thats not even mentioning how my disability limits me from everyday activities, not everyone on benefits is a scrounging fraudster you know, i worked for 20 years full time and paid taxes, my wife pays more each month in tax than i recieve in benefits as well, i would not wish chronic pain on my worst enemy0
