are people blind or something why am i been made to be in the wrong here
"what impact does your health have on your daily life"
the answer she put is " the client feels their current health status has no impact on their ability to read speak wirte use a computer. !
for a start the answer she wrote is not evern how it has an impact on my life she has only put what it dosent have an impact on.
are you saying this is rite?
"do you recive any help or support fron other people with regard to your daily life?"
she wrote down the client reports he could live indipendent but chooses not too!
are you telling me its rite of her 2 totaly disragard the help i have getting in and out of bed using the toilet getting in and out of the bath dressing myself cooking for my self?
i serioosly cany belive people think this is acceptable its clearley intentionaly missing out vital points. it seems people on here have the same mentality when it comes to disabled people this makes me sick
i havent failed the exam or passed yet i have just had the report. but im not happy with it at all its !!!!ing disgusting. someone tell me who i need to contact about this its a total discrase i want to make a complaint about this nurse and take this as far as i can.
Don't start using the disabled card. No one here has posted a negative comment on disabled people. Just because you don't like what you are reading it doesn't make it justifiable to generalise about people on here discriminating against those less able.
Anything that you don't agree with from the report you can take up at an appeal if you are deemed not eligible for ESA.Hanny:easter_ba0 -
i dont want to wait untill i get the results and appeal i want to make it clear i was not happy with the report the nurse gave from the start. what should i do?0
-
I'm not sure, I only really know about the appeals stage after the decision. Perhaps if there is a contact number or address on your letter you could contact them and ask them direct? Although they may tell you to wait until the decision.Hanny:easter_ba0

Presumably if you can read, speak, write and use a computer they feel you would be able to manage some sort of job that involved those skills.
I haven't bogged off yet, and I ain't no babe

The 'Medical' and the 'Work Focused Health Related Assessment' are two different things.
What jox has described sounds much more like the WFHRA to me than it does the medical.
EDIT: In fact, here is a link to the WFHRA, it certainly seems like it is that you are irate about and not the medical itself.

You need to be aware that the slant for ESA is what you CAN do, rather than what you can't. I imagine that, because of this, the emphasis is on the positive points in your situation, rather than the negative.
Seeing a Careers Adviser to discuss retraining would seem to be the next best stage for you; there are many people with disabilities, some who are more disabled than you are, who are making progress and learning new skills which they can use, despite their disability.0 -

It doesn't sound like the medical i attended, i was asked no such questions, maybe only certain people progress to the WFHRA.0 -
The WFHRA is for those who are being placed in the 'Work Related Activity' group of ESA. It will have been decided that that OP has a 'Limited Capability for Work' but that they should be expected to make efforts to move towards work or training. It doesn't sound like the medical i attended, i was asked no such questions, maybe only certain people progress to the WFHRA.
This is the key difference beginning to show between ESA and IB.
Some people are genuinely shocked at not being written off - some are happy about it but others are livid.0 -

They haven't disregarded this, they just havent added the information to their report.
If you are not happy, then you must appeal.
Did you not sign anything?
Like Oldernotwiser stated that the new ESA is based on what you can do rather than what you can't.
