if they have defended and it has been transfered then you just write a letterto the court. if it is still with moneycalim click continue and select the appropriate option
there isn't a *continue* option - if i select 'start' i can choose one of two statements neither of which is true. maybe i'm being too literal here...but they haven't admitted that 'all the money was owed'. should i tick that they have?

no, think your just better off writing to northampton stating that you are withdrawing your claim, but only when the money is in your pocket ;)

A quick question for Shaun1977 please.
Hi Shaun, could you just clarify a few things for me if you would'nt mind???
i haven't made a single claim yet as im still trying so hard not only to navigate my way around this fantastic site, master the pc. (know stuff all) lol, learn all the jargon and abbreviations etc, etc, etc. my brain (if i'v still got one) is pickled and im fast going into shutdown. PLEASE HELP???. just don't want to get it wrong, and look a complete idiot. (although i am one really but that's between me and you luv)lol. RIGHT!!! HERE GOES...

Have got a Barclays (or did have) creditcard/storecard that was started on 26/09/00 it defaulted on 28/02/02 and then was paid up in full in 04/04 (with me so far?) it's on my experian report, i rang experian the other day to see if i could get an account number for it, which they gave me, NOW!! this is the confusing bit, i think but not sure that it was in the hands of a DCA,(Hey!!! thats my very first abbreviation and im proud of it) lol. i have been ringing all different dptm of barclays to find out, if it was and who they were, as i have no paperwork on this account anymore. SORRY!! If this is so long winded but my question is WHAT letters do i send and who to??? or can't i untill i have the answer to, what DCA it was held with and do i send a letter to them as well with money also???.

Although Halifax have said they will defend my claim they have until Tuesday, next week, to respond to it and have not yet done so. Is this normal?
