Hi, if you use the template from https://www.!!!!!!.uk/forum this also acts as your first request for a refund and cuts out a lot of the messing about. all the help you need is there and its not always best to send a cheque0 -
Hi I've received a cheque in settlement of my small AM Ex claim. How do i tell the court that it's settled? I've had a look on Moneyclaim & don't see any obvious way forward.
Thanks0 -

if they have defended and it has been transfered then you just write a letterto the court. if it is still with moneycalim click continue and select the appropriate option0 -

Simple questions I hope.
I have written to Halifax for list of charges and they sent me statements for past 8 years. Can iIclaim for 8 years instead of the usual 6? Also should I write to head office again or now write to my local branch demanding/asking for my money back?
Thanks, Kie0 -
