I have had a reply from the bank which looks like a standard one saying that they will look into it and will get back to me within 4 weeks. My letter did say reply within 14 days so Im looking for the next letter in the library but for some reason I cant get it? - Anyone help?

Hi, if you go to https://www.!!!!!!.uk/forum you will find all the letters you need, however you do need to know how much you are claiming.
  • Hi all.....received the standard, our charges are fair, reasonable and transparent from Nat West this morning. I am claiming for £500 bank charges over 4 years as they still havent sent me the remaining two years worth. Now that they have refused to refund, can I file my claim today online or do i have to wait until the 14 days are up? Also, anyone with any advice regarding moneyclaim for an undisclosed amount, Id be grateful if you could give me some! I dont really understand how I do this, already have begun the claim, but unsure how to claim for the other 2 years of charges??

    With many thanks,

    Karen

hi if you go to https://www.!!!!!!.uk/forum there is an article on there showing you how to estimate the remaining charges, you should also issue a claim against them forcing them to comply with the dpa request.
  • Hi Shaun and thank you so much for replying so promptly! I have been onto the site and registered but cannot find the article you posted about, sorry to be a pain, but thanks again!

    Thanx Shaun

Found the letter, i will have to change the last paragraph as they took so long to make an offer i have already started the court proceedings, should i word it like..
...i have given you 28 days notice that i would be seeking legal action unfortunately this time has passed and i have already started the court process prior to your offer, where you will incur further costs and interest, i do regret this situation but you will receive no further contact from myself.
