Stuart.
you can reclaim the money, allthough it will go to the trustee, to be distributed.0 -

Citibank have acknowledged my firmer request for charge details and confirmed they will follow. Then I can raise the next letter.
Halifax are still considering their response to Moneyclaim (will I see a copy before the verdict), but they have said they are contesting.
LloydsTSB have just confirmed they will contest and have 28 days.
Whats the view how are things going for me?
everything is going as per normal, just hang in there

Hi everyone,
I have to say, this is got to be the best site i have ever found on the entire web. im really new to all this and am still trying to navigate my way round the MSE site so please forgive me if im in the wrong place writing this. I have many questions and would be eternally grateful if anyone could help answer some of them regarding bank chages.
Can i still claim them back if it is within the six year period but the account has been closed for sometime???...
Can i claim back from? eg: store cards./ mortgage accounts, past and present./ credit cards, past and present.
Is there anywhere i could get a sample/draughted letter to send to the banks? (bit of a thickie) not very good at putting a letter together.
Can i write to the bank and ask to see the amount i have paid in charges before i decide what to do about it, has i have a £400 overdraght limit and can't make ends meet without this, so if i, for eg: only had, say £200 to come back and they closed my account down it would leave me in a right old mess.
One more question?? (stupid i know) but not yet very familiar with the pc either. how do i get your reply's? do i just keep watching this space???.
SORRY!!! IM A PAIN. But THANKYOU SO MUCH. You all seem such great people on here.xx0 -

your better of handing it in at your local branch with ten pou cash and getting a reciept, but if this is not possible then just send recorded to local branch, go to https://www.!!!!!!.uk/forum for the data protection act letter, this also acts as your first request for a refund, saving time.0 -
