I went to the doctors, feeling a bit like a little kid who had been naughty.
My doctor was great, he knew how i felt. I cried my eyes out.
Hes given me tablets and signed me off work for a month. He said i have to take the paper to the job centre to claim.
I feel better today. Im so sorry for making you all worried about me.
I want to say that yesterday was probably one of the lowest i have ever felt in my life and all your messages helped me feel better. I cnt thank you enough.
I am going to my sisters today to take my nephew to the park to help clear my head. Maybe sit on the swings. xxxx
Thats probably the best post I've read all year. From a six-foot plus trucker who has also sat in front of his Doc and cried his eyes out..........this is the time when you need to make some time for yourself! All money stuff can be sorted out one way or the other, but money is NEVER worth destroying your personal happiness over.
and dont apologise for ANY of your situation. xx:D stay wonky

The first step is always the most difficult, so well done for doing that Blondie.
Remember that your main responsibility is to yourself, put your own requirements first and things will soon start getting better.0 -

Thanks s h, been there three times! Its amazing what can trigger it, cognitive therapy can work well and can be practised quite easily.
My siggie read ' Constantly failing to surprise myself' for a while and that summed it up. I now know when I am reaching for the 'self-destruct' button and can pull back before doing somthing daft that just upsets me and all around me.
Talk, talk, talk, dont suffer your problems alone Blondie. x:D stay wonky

...Linda xxIt's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -
hey blondie
ive just read this from start to finish and have tears running down my face
iv got to admit that i havnt seen any of your diary but after reading all the replies here it is obvious to me that you are a well respected member of this forum who has got so many friends on here that you should never feel alone or unloved and especially not pathetic
you have taken the 1st step to getting your life in order and thats the biggest one

you have so many friends on here who are only too willing to sit and listen to you
i cant give any advice but i can say well done for going to the docs and starting out
im a 45 year old bloke who lost his soulmate because of my debt and i have been close to where you were yesterday but with the help of the friends i have around me i am getting there one day at a time
you will be loved again because you are obviously someone who deserves it and that will be seen
