fell off the wagon today and frankly feel like s**t for it. Got some bad news and went running for a cigarette, it hasn't made the news any better so don't know why I bothered. Sorry all, having a very bad day, will report in tomorrow, hopefully not feeling quite so down and hopeless x

Oh for F**ks sake, where are my F**king carrots? Day Freaking 5 and I'm fed up of eating bloody carrot sticks!!!! But I'm doing well.....! Been told I'm a bit moody. OH begged me to have a ciggarette, but I think a divorce must be healthier than a fag.... Just off to kick his ar........

Hi All

I too fell off the wagon over the last few days, now building up for Saturday to go cold turkey,
yeah feel like **** if I don`t have one, feel like **** if I do have one, but I`m starting to think of the vision without one, i.e the healthiness, the benefits, and why a fag is a crutch,
and thinking of other ways to dismantle the crutch,

So guys if your challenging yourselves in your mind to give up, as the self help books say, your half way there, no we are there when we stopped, sod the self help book, only good enough for rolls -ups!!!!!!!!

As it`s no smoking day tomorrow, I thought I would join the thousands who will try to give up, and be part of the media circus!!!!!!!!

just want to say good luck if you are packing in tomorrow,and I will report on my progress

however not in a born again non smoker Evangelist styleee approach

usually would not join in a campaign and be part of a herd, but it`s that or keep saying I will do it sunday etc and when that day comes it never happens!

Oh gosh, I burnt the chicken, found my daughter gyrating to fifty cent whilst watching MTV - she's five - OH has a cold, but he is acting like he is dying (I swear he has a bell), burnt my hand on the burnt chicken tray, put my very special red bra in with my white washing (just watching it go round at the moment, praying), forgot to top up my electric key (so I am on the PC in the dark), stubbed my toe on the door whilst running to see what my OH wants (dig a ling a ling). So I am very sorry, I had a fag. Now I'm !!!!!!.
