I have sent the store an email with attachments of the page stateing concorde eye dig-camera 00.00 and also my confirmation email of my order, awaiting responce and delivery!!

They did the same to me - denied I had placed an order, despite me emailing them back a copy of their confirmation email - and asking me to reorder.

I wrote back and more or less told them not to tell lies, and then left it.

Then I got an email out of the blue saying my cameras were dispatched on Sunday!

Still waiting for them though, but the website shows dispatch and that I have been charged £2.95 postage.

I received the Sony VCR & Sharp GX10i Mobile phone this morning but no 30% off voucher added.

The Sony VCR was supposed to be £27 but is now £35 and the
Sharp mobile was supposed to be £53 but is now £83.

No Invoice with them either, just a Delivery Advice Note with prices.

Am glad i never gave them my cc details.

Now I'm really confused ??? I am an existing customer and they removed my 30% after sending me a confirmation email including the 30% off. I emailed them asking why last Sunday but have heard zilch from them (also not happy they chucked a cd player over my 9 foot fence but that's another story!)

My sister is an existing Store customer she had the leaflet about the camera sent to her, it stated that each customer could get one camera free and additional ones would cost £39.99 each.
